Crossfit Week #1 + 1

crossfit-logo1Tonight I finished week #1 of Crossfit.  I knew it was going to be a challange.    I really didn’t know it would be this hard.  

It’s difficult because you get a high intensity, full body work out every day.   Your legs are sore? f u pay me.  You can’t lift your arms? F U pay me.    You jammed your thumb catching a 30 lb medicine ball? F U pay me.  It’s difficult because everyone in the class is younger and already in tremendous shape.   I’m always last.   I really haven’t cared about that, until tonight.   I’m in there for me, not for what people think of me.
